Privacy Policy (v1.4)

Data Storage & Collection

All training and game data (pitch sequences, at-bat history, pitcher profiles) stays on your device. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information or player data, except the limited purchase-validation data described below. No gameplay, pitch, or player data ever leaves your device.

Purchases and Purchase Validation

One-time in-app purchases are processed natively through the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). We do not have access to your payment card details. To process, validate, and restore purchases, the App communicates with our purchase-infrastructure provider (RevenueCat, Inc.), which receives purchase receipts/tokens from Apple or Google and an anonymous app-generated identifier used solely to associate your purchase with your installation. This identifier is not linked to your name, contact information, or identity, and no gameplay, pitch, or player data is ever transmitted. This purchase-validation connection is designed to be the only network communication the App makes. Please review Apple's, Google's, and RevenueCat's respective privacy policies for information on how they handle this data.

Terms Acceptance Record

When you accept the Terms, a record is stored locally on your device containing: the terms version accepted, the date and time of acceptance, the app version, and an anonymous device-generated identifier. This record is not transmitted to any server. The anonymous identifier is a random value generated locally on your device solely to record terms acceptance; it is not your device's advertising identifier, is not linked to your identity, and never leaves your device.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect, transmit, or store personal information from any user, including children, beyond the limited purchase-validation data described above — which is associated with the purchasing account, not with any child. All gameplay and player data remains on the user's device. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Because no personal or gameplay data is transmitted off the device, parents and guardians can use the App knowing that no child's information leaves the device.

Your Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (including the European Union/EEA, the United Kingdom, and certain U.S. states such as California), you may have legal rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data. Because the App collects no personal information and stores nothing about you on our servers, there is generally no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete; your purchase records are held by Apple, Google, and our purchase-validation provider under their respective privacy policies. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be presented in the App and/or posted at our website with an updated effective date before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
